Depending on the season, we'll be happy to serve you in our medieval courtyard or in our pretty dining room by the fireplace. We have created a menu based mainly on local, quality produce, with a view to sustainable development. Most of our dishes are homemade by our team of passionate cooks, while others are made and vacuum-packed by our consultant chefs. We also offer our cold dishes as room service for our customers who are tired after their journey.
