To achieve this, we have taken a number of steps:
- The introduction of "Affichage Environnemental" (AE): AE aims to assess and communicate to customers the main environmental impacts of our hotels, using a label that provides transparent, quantified information, based on the night spent by the customer (environmental impacts of one night's stay in a hotel).
- Waste management: composting, reducing the use of single-use plastics and reducing waste are the order of the day.
- Use of local and organic produce: our restaurant favours short circuits and fresh, seasonal produce by working with local producers.
- Peace & work, a quality of working life label specialising in hotels and restaurants: we offer healthy and respectful working conditions to our employees, promoting an inclusive working environment that values diversity and respect for everyone.
We were awarded the Gold distinction of this label in 2024.
